In the heart of Littleton, North Carolina, a town renowned for its rich history and dense woodlands, I embarked on a journey that would forever alter my perception of the unknown. This is the story of my personal encounter with Bigfoot and how it inspired the creation of Media Squatch, a brand dedicated to all things Sasquatch.
The Encounter: A day in Littleton
While exploring the Littleton area, we made a stop at the Cryptozoology & Paranormal Museum, which is known for its dedication to Bigfoot research. The museum’s owner, Steve, shared stories of local sightings and strange occurrences, piquing my curiosity. Inspired to see more for myself, Steve, myself and my wife ventured out to some of the nearby wooded areas that have been the site of reported encounters.

As we walked through the dense woods, we came across something that left me speechless—an area of trees that appeared to have been broken in half. The breaks weren’t caused by natural events like wind or storms; they were deliberate and unusual, a hallmark of potential Bigfoot activity.

Nearby, we noticed something even more compelling: two large footprints embedded in the ground. The size and shape of the prints were far larger than any human foot could make, and they appeared fresh. Seeing these footprints in person made the stories I had heard feel more real.

The Birth of Media Squatch
This profound experience ignited a passion within me for all things Sasquatch. I realized that my encounter was more than a mere brush with the unknown; it was a calling. Combining my expertise in media with this newfound fascination, I rebranded my business to Media Squatch.

Embracing the Unknown
My encounter in Littleton was a pivotal moment, leading me down a path of discovery and creativity. Through Media Squatch, I strive to honor that experience by producing content that resonates with fellow enthusiasts and curious minds alike.

In the end, it's the mysteries of our world that fuel our imagination and drive us to explore the unexplained. Media Squatch stands as a testament to that spirit of adventure, born from a day in Littleton that I will never forget.
